Development Initiatives
Basile + Wilson is focused on developing design driven experiential living and hospitality spaces, with integrated restaurants, wellness activities and co-working components. We are deploying capital to projects ranging in size from $10-50 million, managing development, design and construction from site acquisition to completion.
We welcome all brokers, development partners and investors to contact us with projects of possible interest in the Western US. We are interested in development from the ground up as well as interesting sites for renovation.
La Jolla is also home to our founders, our first project and our offices. As a result, we have a special place in our heart for all projects in La Jolla and would welcome all inquiries related to experiences for the community we live in to share.
